The arrangements for taking the land, land owners and Mohiyani and giving the Mohiyani right certificate to Mohiyani shall be as prescribed. However, before the commencement of this section, all actions taken by the Government of Nepal in relation to the collection of such tax and the issuance of certificates of the right to seal shall be deemed to have been carried out in accordance with this section.
(2) The powers and procedures to be used by the Government of Nepal or an officer authorized by the Government of Nepal for the purposes of sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed in the rules made under this Act, and in the absence thereof, the same as the prescribed officer under the Land (Survey Survey) Act, 2019. will be
